There was no cleanliness. As we walked into the room, the floor was completely covered with dust that one cannot walk barefoot. The fridge was not there in the fridge area. The cupboard was full of dust. The shower gel bottle was empty. No toilet roll. The room service guys weren't receiving the call, so I had to call reception for anything. Lastly, for the checkout, they won't even adjust for a minute. The reception guy said if the time goes from 12 to 12:01 he will charge an extra 50% of the booking amount. Worst stay

Good experience overall. Staff was very good. Location is at proper distance from services. It was a very pleasant stay. We had reached early and the desk staff was extremely kind to get a room ready for us without any hassle. The views from room, reception etc are beautiful! the best part of our stay here was the car service that hotel provides.

the accommodation provided by the hotel was far below expectations. I had booked a room for three people and was anticipating either three separate beds or a double bed with an additional single bed. However, upon arrival, i was allocated a double bed room and offered an extra mattress as an alternative. This arrangement was highly inconvenient and not what was promised at the time of booking. In conclusion, this entire experience has left me deeply dissatisfied and disillusioned. I urge you to address these issues promptly and take appropriate measures to ensure such incidents are not repeated in the future. As a valued customer, i expect better service and transparency.
